The best excuse for baking lots (and eating) is Christmas. That’s what we do. We start four weeks before at the first “Advent” and just continue for the entire holy month of December. There are glögg parties, pepparkakor (gingerbread cookies), saffronbread/buns in so many delicious different variation, and the food ofcourse, the salmon, meatballs, tiny sausages, the list goes on and on and on and on.
Anyway, now that I i have a family to feed. I’m an even more fierce in my baking – my fan-base has increased! So I make more. I love all the “yums” and “these are really delicious”. I’m almost as addicted to the response I get as I am to eating the stuff (bye bye results from mummy bootcamp).
This is today’s treat, cinnamon and sugar cookies. Guess you’ll be seeing more of this type of post in the weeks to come. Now I’m going to make a nice little parcel to bring to my family in Stockholm!
