Spice up your life!

We’ve been introducing A. to solids this last week. One new flavor per three days as adviced by the babyguru Gina Ford in her book The Contented Baby. So far we’ve introduced pears, sweet patatoes, apples and carrots. Yes, it is that time of year. Boring? my thoughts exactly, so we’re spicing todays pumpkin up with some cumin. See if she bites.

  1. I like parsley to spice upp babyfood, works with anything and is really good for you too! And parmesan, but that doesn’t work with Luna ofcourse since she can’t have milkproducts 😦
