I haven’t baked any sourdough bread on a while. A neighbour gave us half a levain loaf before Christmas and I’ve was reminded of how good a nice sourdough bread can be. So, here I go again! Sourdough-base half ready. Hope the bubbles don’t go away.
My husband thinks this is weird, with all the “feeding” and right temperature. It’s like a pet. Without TLC, no yummie bread.
