Bananas for bananas!

A. goes bananas for bananas. If we pass them in the supermarket she gets excited, if I pick one up from the fruitbowl – excitement. She even eats the page with the banana in her little book. It’s one of the first fruits she ate, and the first she managed to eat on her own. She likes them whole, pureed, cooked, on a pancake. Really you cannot go wrong.

Today I came up with a new way to prepare banana for her. It was an instant hit.
Baked banana, with cocos and soft cheese (quark?).

Recipe:
Heat some butter in the pan
Cut a banana in half (length) and bake both sides until soft
Sprinkle with some grounded coconut
Add some soft cheese or yoghurt
Done!
